Alejandro Skalany

My name is Alejandro Skalany and I'm always looking for new music students. Whether you, or your friend, or your child, or your parents want to learn guitar, bass, or learn how to write a nice song in whatever style, I can help you. I've been teaching for about 4 years privately and with the New Orleans Academy of Music and I have a lot of real world experience in all aspects of the music business. I went to the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, TX, attended a conservatory in France for one year, attended the Berklee College of Music, and I have a BM in music industry studies and music performance from Loyola University New Orleans. I also play and have performed my own music in several bands that have toured in the US, Canada, and Europe and have received press in publications like Noisey by Vice, Billboard, Impose, Stereogum, SPIN, and more!
