What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first lesson is a consult to see where the student is with their craft and where they would like to go. Together, we will make goals for the future and talk a lot about how to practice and how often!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of calssical guitar training in high school, 4 years jazz guitar training in college, and 6 years of professional experience working with Showbands on cruise ships and playing in bands in NYC, LA, and New Orleans.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is $25 for half hour, $35 for 45 mins and $55 for and hour lesson. I can also arrange bundles as well.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when friends and family started to suggest students to me and I started to really enjoy the process of teaching and playing guitar with more and more people!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of students beginner to advanced and all ages.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did a three day recording session in Los Angeles with a band called 2Ton Bridge that was really amazing!
