What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Training the body and mind to be well-balanced Mentally, by constantly exercising the brain with quick thinking eye/hand coordination exercises, and physically teaching proper form with punching or kicking strengthening exercises for quick reflexes. With confidence and knowledge, able to fight, (if chooses to), confidently, with unlimited endurance to handle any situation. "ONLY" if self-defense is ever needed to be addressed !

3X New England Golden Glove Champion,- National Golden Gloves Champion,- New England diamond belt champion,- 1991 lightheavyweight region 1 champion.- Ranked#2 light heavyweight on the USA Olympic B-Team 1992.
Professionally; USBF cruiserweight champion. EBA cruiserweight champion. IBA cruiserweight international/world champion.

Range from $50 to $300 per session, depending on travel time
How did you get started teaching?
After winning my first golden gloves Title, I started teaching younger kids in my neighborhood then at local YMCAs and clubs
What types of students have you worked with?
All humans ! Children with autism, girls & boys, men and women of all ages. I've trained people from 6 to 86. Many celebrities and professional world champion boxers

All charity events for children !
My main is "The knockout foundation"for children with autism since 1998
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A Healthy body results with a healthy mind. the Harder you train the easier the Fight !

We All should think before we do !
