Having studied Boxing, Muay Thai, and Karate for over 15 years, my main focus is to teach others proper technique as well as help them reach the fitness levels they desire, whether for competition or recreation.
I am available at this time for private/group lessons only and rely on you to provide the space, depending on where you are willing to travel.

My favorite part of Martial Arts instruction is seeing people grow and become more fit and confident as a result of my teachings. It also inspires me to see people rise to the challenge and unlock their own potential.

Initially, my students and I work through basic form (stance, proper punching technique, footwork, etc.), as well as basic physical and cardiovascular fitness, (calisthenics, interval training, plyometrics, etc.).
As the students progress, the focus turns to application, intermediate tactics, and really pushing the boundaries of physical fitness.
From there it's all up to you!
