Growing up in Latin America I also bring a Latin / Mexican flare to my cooking.
Currenlty running an Italian Gelato Company (Ciao Bella) but love to cook and entretain in my spare / weekend / evening time.
Trained at at Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid and personaly trained in progressive cuising by Chef Adam Melonas (a Ferra Adria student).
