Professional baseball player turned trainer. I studied sports science at u Tampa. Then went on to business school. I have worked for the cincinatti reds baseball organization. I also worked for the mls pro soccer league in Tampa. And worked with the Tampa bay bucks. I followed boxing my whole life. I was trained when I was age 6 to box by a family friend who had won golden gloves. From then on I studied all the major sports plus boxing. But my specialty is baseball, football, boxing, strength sports. In 2010-2011 I also coached some winter American Olympic athletes.

usually I start with purchasing 1 session.
Lessons usually start around 45 dollars for a personal lesson
or 15 per person for group exercises

I was competing and playing sports and needed a job I could fit the time into.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
get a teacher who knows how to teach! Not someone who yells and talks down to you.
Listen to your teacher and respect them.
Follow the rules the teacher sets and you will succeed!

How much. Can I afford ? If my parents are paying?
