I am a lifetime musician. I play and teach guitar, bass, uke, and pedal steel guitar. I also teach music theory and songwriting! I have a degree in guitar and songwriting from Berklee College of Music. I love teaching students of all ages and levels. I can help you reach your musical goals and have fun while doing it.

Karen Sarkisian was an excellent pedal steel guitar teacher for our teenage son. She provided terrific, high-quality instruction, offered a nice balance between challenging and supporting him, and also jammed together, making the lessons a lot of fun too! We were fortunate to find Karen, a highly sought steel player for local gigs, as it was not easy to find someone who not only plays but also teaches this instrument. We highly recommend Karen!
