About
As owner and head instructor, I, Courtney, want you to know what Warrior Training & Fitness is all about. I completely understand everyone starts somewhere. Before I fell in love with exercise, I fully believed the same old school mentality that still lingers today - women should do nothing but cardio & eat just above starving. But, that is NOT how Warriors train. Through my own journey I learned how important strength, endurance and flexibility actually are. As a certified personal trainer since 2017 I aim to kick old school in the ass & prove what it truly means to be healthy. Aside from WT&F, you’ll find me teaching kickboxing at Phoenix Fitness and Performance where I also practice/train Krav Maga, an Israeli self defense. As a Warrior myself, in 2019 I earned my black belt in Krav Maga after 3 years of consistently training hard. When not working out or helping others, I love spending time with my friends, family & fiance along with our two huskies.
