Jen's Voice & Piano Lessons

I've been a full-time professional musician/vocalist and teacher for over 12 years. Currently, I sing with a big band, perform as a jazz vocalist and as a singer-songwriter (accompanying myself on piano). My style is in the vein of Norah Jones, Eva Cassidy and Adele. My trademark is big, heart-filled vocals and tasteful/lush piano accompaniment.

My students currently range in age from 5 to 73 (yes, really!), and include professional performers, singers preparing for auditions and "special needs" students. (My double major in school was in psychology and music.) I have several students that I've worked with for 10 or 11 years now. I have a patient style, and am methodical about teaching "the basics", but most enjoy seeing the students gain more confidence in persuing their interests and finding "their voice".
