Piano Lessons From Am Ambitious New Experienced Teacher.

I personally have never taught formal piano lessons. I have taught friends and family on occasion for fun. I have 16 years of consistent piano experience with sight reading, playing by ear, classical music, contemporary music, all major and minor scales as a general start of my knowledge of the instrument. I was taught under a professional pianist who was renowned in Latvia for her talent as a pianist. Teaching is a passion and skill of mine, and it is very rewarding to see my efforts to pass on my knowledge reveal themselves.

In order to suit the needs of my students, first I will evaluate their abilities and most importantly find their weaknesses and focus on those first. Then I will create a plan to strengthen those weaknesses and follow a plan that is fit for their level of experience.
