How did you get started teaching?
I taught at the Peabody Conservatory's prepartory school while I was attending the Peabody Conservatory.

All ages: elementary school, middle school, high school, college, graduate school, young professionals, and older adults.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was artistic director of the Bethesda Summer Music Festival, July 19 to July 2, we performed The Magic Flute and Sweeney Todd along with arts songs recital and opera to pop concert.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You need to be careful, not everyone who are a good singer can teach well. We all have the natural voice, it happens natually...so it can be confusing.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do I really want to sing? Why Do I want to sing. or Playing piano? What is my goal. Waht can I do with it...or just enjoy it.
