Joe's Guitar Lessons

I've been a guitarist and bassist for 13 years, playing in numerous bands across southern Maine, and I'm best known for my guitar work in the technical death metal band Ethereal Rot. I first picked up the guitar when I was twelve and I've been giving lessons since I was in high school . I tailor each lesson to the needs of the students, and whether you're a total beginner that's never picked up a guitar or and intermediate/advanced player looking to take your shred game to the next level, I will come up with a lesson plan to guide you in your journey to becoming the best musician you can be. I cover a wide range of material in my lessons and I'm more than happy to discuss any topic you may be curious about, such as technique, vibrato, music theory, song writing, improvisation, etc.

I enjoy helping students unlock their full potential as a musician. I believe everyone has the ability to excel at their instrument, and providing a student with the tools they need to get the most out of their instrument is something that I'm extremely passionate about.
