I have can help you with weight loss, feeling more energized, cleaning up your diet, etc. I can help guide you towards your health and fitness goals, and create customized meal plans and recipes for you. I am a certified yoga instructor and can offer mindfulness practices and ways to reduce stress. Additionally, can incorporate mindful workout sequences to target parts of the body that you would like to focus on. All services are offered on a sliding scale so EVERYONE has access!
