Hello, my name is Tara! I have been practicing yoga since 2012, and recently completed my 200hr yoga teacher training. My mission is to demonstrate that yoga is for every BODY. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When you hire me, we will work out a date and time for your first session. At your first session, we will work out your goals and how many sessions you would like. Each session is personalized based on how you are feeling and what you want out of the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing yoga since 2012, and recently finished my 200hr teacher training at a Yoga Alliance accredited school.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Typically, I charge $45.00 per session, but this is negotiable depending on number of people in the session and frequency of sessions.
