Growing up, sports and exercise weren’t really my thing, but that all changed when I joined the Army. I became obsessed with staying in shape and spent as much time as I could in the base gym. After my military service, I became a Corrections Officer, where fitness was essential, especially since I also became a firearms instructor. Teaching others about firearms showed me how much I loved helping people, which led me to become a personal trainer. For the past 17 years, I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals. Exercise is a celebration of what the body can do, not a punishment!! I provide personal training in a way that is informative, fun, and comprehensive. No client ever leaves a session with me not knowing to do, and that is very important to me. I ensure every client is comfortable with the program, feels confident in their performances of every movement, and can find some enjoyment in the process. Everyone is pushed by different motivations. I try to find what methods work best for the individual client and then tailor their workouts to that.
