From the moment Jesseca White stepped on her mat, it felt like home. After extensively researching spiritual philosophy in her teenage years, Jesseca discovered Yoga in 2010 and was immediately attracted to the mental aspect of the practice. She found Pilates two years later and committed to being a devoted practitioner. Since then, Jesseca has completed more than 800 hours of teacher training. Her teaching style is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Dynamic Stretch.
