Growing up, sports and exercise weren’t really my thing, but that all changed when I joined the Army. I became obsessed with staying in shape and spent as much time as I could in the base gym. After my military service, I became a Corrections Officer, where fitness was essential, especially since I also became a firearms instructor. Teaching others about firearms showed me how much I loved helping people, which led me to become a personal trainer. For the past 17 years, I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals.
