Warren has over 30 years of experience playing and teaching guitar. He has a teaching degree and a Professional Certificate in Guitar from Berklee School of Music (Boston, MA). He performs in both contemporary worship bands and local jazz and cover bands.
Warren specializes in teaching beginners, but whether you are a beginner or more experienced player, Warren will help you have fun playing guitar and achieving your guitar-playing goals!
I totally enjoy teaching and helping students play something they like, something they want to play - whether a beginner or more advanced student. I've always loved playing the guitar and my goal is to transfer that to my students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always begin by talking with parents and/or the student to identify what they would like to learn, what they want to play on the guitar. Then we talk about the types of lesson activities we will do and agree on our course. Once started, we adjust as we go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in education from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN and a Professional Certificate in Guitar from Berklee School of Music.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I typically teach weekly lessons in person or online. The price is $25 per lesson. I send invoices at the beginning of the month and provide a credit when the student needs to miss a lesson.
