Cyprus School of Music offers private instrument lessons in a wonderful community. We also offer ensembles, music theory, music history, and a multitude of classes to develop young musicians. We also offer early childhood classes, pop/rock bands for kids, and lots of performance opportunities.
We get to see young musicians reach their full potential and see their growth over time. It is so fun to see kids enjoying their private lessons. It is also wonderful to see the enthusiasm of kids playing together when they play in one of our ensembles.
Although I am the Founder and Director of Cyprus School of Music, I am also a parent of a student who has been highly involved in most of its programs since 2009. I am incredibly happy with the education she has received at CSMA. Her music teachers understand her ability level and have taught her from her first note on her instruments to an advanced level. She is now being accepted into exclusive music programs, and able to use her music to benefit just about anyone who is listening. Her STEM instructors have inspired a love of all of the letters of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) due to their fun and hands-on classes! We have been extremely happy with the development of the school and also of our daughter, and I am grateful to all of the amazing people who work at CSMA for their passion and creativity and understanding of students of all ability levels! It is truly a unique community!
We meet students where they are in their musical development and work with them and their goals.
Our teachers range in expertise from College students to teachers with Bachelor's Degrees, Masters Degrees and Doctorate Degrees. We are able to teach beginners through the top level of performance.
Each teacher has a different rate depending on their experience, education and expertise. We charge between $104 - $144/month for 30 minute weekly private lessons.
We work with students from early childhood through adults.
Two of our kid bands performed at Hard Rock Cafe!
What are their goals, and what style of music do they want to play.
