The core of what I offer is a blend of Martial arts taught from The Minnesota Kali Group, specifically Rick Faye. The blend borrows elements from Kali, May Thai, Filipino boxing or Panantukan, Jun Fan Martial arts, as well as grappling and jiu jitsu.
