What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I will teach you modern state of the art training inventions/regimens/movements I have rigorously tested designed for you for maximum effective results and proper training ethics before execution. Not everything I teach is physical. No matter what you do learn it now, and for the rest of your life you'll not regret to not have done it, as long as it is within your reasonable limits. Want to change and train differently then the rest of the world is not used to seeing? The opportunity is here so be with the best and "train with me."

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Rates are as follows:
1. Short term at $100 per person and $50 for each additional person.
2. Longer term on consistency training bases at $50 per 2 hour minimum sessions consistent for 3-5 times per week for maximum chance for transformation/permanent athletic/physique lifestyle change.
3. There will be exceptions for those who absolutely cannot afford personal training rates.
