Iam a professional boxer personal trainer I have been boxing for 22 years I was 171 wins 24 losses as amateur 4 × golden glove champ 4 different weight classes national champ took the bronze medal in the Olympic trials in 1999 at the age of 17 losing in the semis by 1 point to Robert the ghost guerrero I have 23 professional fights fought on the Floyd mayweather undercard when he fought Shane mosley trained at his gym and had his uncle roger.in my corner fought on espn won by 3rd knockout former mn featherweight champion iba America's superfeatherweight title challenger and wbu welterweight world title challenger

Been boxing professional and amateur for 22 years taught boxing classe and personally trained people for a year and a half at Lakeville lifetime 4 years at next level combat in Woodbury
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes it's 180 a session starting out but if you get 5 or 10 sessions upfront I give you a good deal that way we can setup for sure days and times to meet up weekly
How did you get started teaching?
Just knew it was something I was good at and working out at lifetime a friend of mine welcomed me into it

All ages 10 and up
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Well my class will great for self defense getting agression oUT always toning up I will teach you how to box plus tone up areas of your body give you a diet regimen to follow plus I am the type of trainer to motivate you by working out with you also
