Michael is an awesome teacher who teaches you how to actually listen to the music, rather than just teaching you the finger positions. Plus, it's one-of-a-kind and personal, not just some cookie cutter class that follows a book. If you are looking for a great teacher, I can't recommend Michael enough!

Michael was very accommodating and explained concepts thoroughly. He is patient, kind and highly skilled!

Michael is hands down the best guitar teacher that I have ever had. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. It's been several years since I took lessons with him, but every time that I pick up a guitar to play I still think about all of the nuggets of guitar wisdom that he planted in my head. If and when I resume guitar lessons again, Michael will be the only instructor that I consider. He's just incredible.
