What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
First, understand what your goals are and what you want. Without knowing this it will be difficult to find the best fit for you.
How does the trainers experience relate and apply to you?
How willing and often can the trainer be accessible to you?
Have examples of current or past training routines if applicable. This will help the trainer better understand your needs, problem areas, and be able to make necessary changes to progress regularly.
