I've been practicing the beautiful Eight Treasures Qigong for 19 years and have a style of linking movements for ease in learning. My cueing and love of the practice allows enjoyment for even very green grasshoppers (beginners).

Tai Chi for Arthritis is so beneficial in learning balance and shifting weight - and this carries over to everyday life.

I also teach Essentrics, a rebalancing full body workout for lengthening and strengthening the body.
