I have more than 9 years of pastry knowledge. I worked as a pastry chef in the industry and also taught high school students as a culinary instructor at a trade school. I was working as a pastry chef in a cozy meal company and had my private classes. My strongest skill has always been teaching baking from the first stage until advanced in baking with a great understanding of baking knowledge and composition. I can have you/your child in my class, we can learn, bake and have fun together.

Founded in 1997, Abigail's Kitchen is a women-owned recreational cooking school and events space located on the Lower East Side. Abigail and her team love to cook and eat just about everything and the class menus reflect that with options that span the globe.
