I achieved doctor of musical arts in piano performance degree and have been teaching piano for 6 years. I teach using a traditional method (Alfred), but also teach Suzuki when requested. I have taught at multiple music schools as well as public school. My favorite part of teaching is instilling the love of music to my students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a typical process for working with a new student, 4 steps as follows:
1. To train the basic fundamental techniques
2. To learn the different style of the music throughout Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern music.
3. To learn how to "practice".
4. To train the performance mode
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in professional music school since I was in 6th grade.
In 2012, I earned high school deploma in piano performance at Pre-college of Tianjin Conservatory of Music in Tianjin,China.
In May of 2016, I got my Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance at Capital University, Columbu OH in USA.
In May of 2018, I gradauted from Mannes School of Music at the New School, in New York City for my Master of Music degree in Piano Performance.
I am currently pursuing my prefessional studies diploma at Mannes School of Music at the New School in New York City.

Advanced :$55/30 minutes $ 100/60 minutes
Adult: $40/30 minutes $80/ 60 minutes
What types of students have you worked with?
Currently, I am having private piano studio at New York city. As far as I taught piano lessons, I have worked with students from age of 3 to 45. There are several types of students that I have taught now:
1. Young beinnger: for who do not have any foundation of piano music and theory.
2. Adult beinnger: for who learned a little bit piano music from long time ago, and wanted to learn piano again. Just for entertainment and fun.
3.Intermediate: for who have learned piano with other teachers before and wanted to learn more basic repertoire.
4. Advanced: for who already passed the basic teachniques and theory sections and wanted to learn more music in higher level to enhance the repertoire range.
