Salutations, my name is Instructor Vincent. Benitez and I teach Jeet Kune Do in Rochelle Park, NJ at the Knights of Columbus. I have over 15 years experience, training under Sifu Richard Torres who was a student of Ted Wong (a Bruce Lee student). We train every Wednesday at 7pm. We focus on the self-defense aspect of Bruce Lee's martial art. It is simple, direct, and non-classical. I would like to invite you to join us for training and gain insight to protecting yourself.
