I had the opportunity to work virtually during covid all over the world teaching how to make all different types of foods. My one on one lessons are unique and relaxed..making it easy on the student to share his experience and and the skills they may already have. The student already has a specific lesson in mind and i want to reach the goal they have during the lesson, from beginning till the end.

I have more than 9 years of pastry knowledge. I worked as a pastry chef in the industry and also taught high school students as a culinary instructor at a trade school. I was working as a pastry chef in a cozy meal company and had my private classes. My strongest skill has always been teaching baking from the first stage until advanced in baking with a great understanding of baking knowledge and composition. I can have you/your child in my class, we can learn, bake and have fun together.
