I’ve been teaching private guitar lessons for the last 4 years and I’m confident I can get you closer to your guitar playing goals.
We advance at the pace that you require and all the lessons are tailored for the specific needs of the student. I have a bachelor in music from Mexico and an AA in Guitar Performance from LACM.

The thing I love the most is that through music so much can be improved in our daily lives. All aspects of your life can transform once you are involved with your instrument. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing is to get to know the student, his preferences and why he wants to play guitar. After the assessment we can focus on areas to improve or if the student is a complete beginner, we begin with the basic chords and move from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years experience teaching students from all levels and within a variety of styles; pop, rock, blues, metal and jazz.

The prices for the lessons are:
1 hr individual lesson - $100
1/2 hr individual lesson -$60
