I was always very inspired by Nightwish, Epica, Withing Temptation & similar bands.
I own a College and a Bachelor Degree in Music as a classical singer and a harpist and I have over 7 years of experience as a music teacher. My approach is very oriented on "learning to learn". Music theory, analysis and acoustics are at the very core of my teaching.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I start working with a new student, I find it really important to communicate with them what is my philosophy on teachning & learning music.
For instance, one of the most important things for me to teach is music reading skills and basic theory knowledge. I believe learning HOW to learn music is the most important think to allow my students to be as independent as possible, and so their skills transfer from a piece to the next.
Music theory & reading are skills that I think are essential to allow any student to develop their potential to the best of their extend, even if it might be a little bit harder in the beginning. Though, I am also very good at giving tricks to make it easier, and I approach these topics in a very smooth.
When it comes to teaching the harp, the first few lessons are always dedicated to the technique. Reading an theory are pushed away a little bit in order for the student to really get used to the instrument before.
