Nathan Corbett Lessons

I am a UC Berkeley student that has great experience working with kids. I am a vocal performer that has performed with Disney Cruiseline for over 3 years. I believe that having fun while learning is the most important thing. Without curiosity it is hard to cultivate a new skill. I am a believer in adaptive learning. Since there is no one way to teach, I craft my lessons depending on the student's needs.

My favorite part of teaching is the student's enjoyment of learning. Many kids have bad experiences with learning, being forced to learn subjects they don't always like. Music lessons give a sense of control. Students are finally able to choose to learn something that they are interested in. It is my goal to help the students feel empowered to grow a skill that is theirs.
