PJ's Music Studio

A Steinway piano studio owner with 15 year teaching experience. Students are constant competition winners and expect to attend regular piano recitals offered each end of semester. Lessons are tailored to each student's levels and needs, based on their abilities and schedule. Very patient and encouraging teacher. Nadia Boulanger is my role model as a great music educator that sees the potential of each student. Coming from composers background, i always help my students to learn more than just music. It is also history, math, literature, and philosophy. I would hope music is a lifetime enjoyment for all my students

I enjoy helping my students reach their goals, and also love learning from my students and they always inspire me. The sense of achievement helps one to move forward and continue to challenge themselves to get better. The sparks of joy on my students' faces when they finally learned the entire piece of music is priceless to me.
