I really appreciate how patient and encouraging he is with my daughter. She loves playing music, writing songs, and playing with her friends. And I think in large part we have Jacob to thank for that. Would 1000% recommend him!

Learning a musical instrument had always felt out of my grasp. Like something that I would just never 'get'. I have taken lessons from Jake for two months and I am now a real ukulele player and 'musician'. Subsequently, I have started my nine year old daughter taking lessons from him as well. And is now following in my footsteps...
Jake is awesome, I'd work with him over any music teacher I've ever had.

Review:
To whom it may concern:
Jacob Sayraf has been teaching my 10 year-old son Steven the guitar and vocals for over a year and a half now. He has been a wonderful teacher, and my son has made great progress under his tutelage. Before he met Jacob he didn't know how to play the guitar at all.
Jacob is also sharing with Stevie a wealth of songs from a broad range of folk, country, rock, pop, and standards. Some of these include: "We'll Meet Again", "Bad Bad Leroy Brown", "Blue Moon of Kentucky", "House of the Rising Sun", "Blue Suede Shoes", "In My Life", "Hot Tamales and Theyr'e Red Hot", and "Don't Worry, Be Happy". Stevie is getting a sound musical education through Jacob.
Jacob is doing a great job of not only teaching Stevie the guitar, but also the theory of music behind it. He gives Stevie homework, which Stevie dutifully does. Jacob also goes out of his way to borrow sheet music books from the library so he can lend them to Stevie.
Most importantly, Stevie has a lot of fun with Jacob and always looks forward to his next lesson, which to me is a sign of a great teacher. I would definitely recommend Jacob for any teaching position you have.
Sincerely,
Chris
