I been active in the martial arts for over 40 Years. I teach Shotokan Karate, as well as FMA.

Training athletes throughout NY/NJ since 2018. As an instructor, I work to improve your skills and general fitness through learning the art form of boxing. I am still a student of the game and now invest in how to help others navigate the ring. Sessions are dedicated to boxing-specific performance. Workouts include footwork drills, pad work, bag work, and physical conditioning. Learning punch mechanics, realistic movement, and overall boxing strategy is key.

We teach authentic Chinese Martial Arts, with a focus on Bajiquan 八極拳, the “Eight Extreme Fist”. Bajiquan is an ancient style of northern Chinese kungfu style that is known for its explosive power expression and the famous elbow strike, DingXinZou. Bajiquan is one of the few traditional CMA styles that is offensive oriented. Perfect for modern combat, self-defense and because of its Traditional CMA traits, it cultivates one’s body and mind.
