About this pro

Hi and thanks for viewing my profile! :)

I graduated from the City College with BA degree in Music Performance, and I've been teaching piano for the Piano School of New York organization since 2016 for children (3-17 years old) and adults.

I prepare lesson plans very thoroughly and creatively for each student depending on his or her personality, needs, and music interests.

Besides teaching piano tecniques, my lessons involve music theory, ear training, exploring, improvizing, and composing at the piano.

I organize optional home recitals for students and provide with optional opportunities to participate at the musical events.

Seeing my students making progress and excitement to learn more from the lessons.

Apart from being sweet, and patient, she really takes her time in answering all your questions and always challenges in an encouraging way. She always very timely too.

  • Livia Cho

She is very patient and she meets the children where they are at, and push them just a little more so that they can be challenged. She has been teaching me son for 3 years now and even though there are days that he doesn't feel like it, he always pull it through with her help and able to take something out from the lessons.
