I offer in person and VIRTUAL Violin and Viola lessons for students all ages. I specialize in training for NYSSMA, festival and college auditions and have extensive training in preparing students for adjudication and concert performances. I am also a Middle School Orchestra Teacher.

John is an excellent teacher. I improved immensely when I started working with him. He chose pieces that were challenging but made me a better violinist by the end. I was concertmistress every year because of John, and he has taught me valuable skills that have stuck with me throughout high school and college.
