Hello! I’ve loved boxing since I was a kid, and started formal boxing training in 2009. I am a USA Boxing certified coach, and started teaching others in 2018. Though I was not able to compete myself, I have trained and sparred with a retired pro fighter and several amateur boxers. I enjoy focusing on the basics and technique, and seeing boxers improve and progress.
