I have been a Chef for 16 years. I do private catering as well a private lessons in cooking. I did graduated from culinary school. I also have a background in food design. I cook all types of food as well. I love creating new recipes.I also enjoy trying other cultures food. I believe in all types of fresh ingredients.

I have 11 years of teaching culinary arts in a college environment and 25 years in the restaurant and Foodservice industry. I have worked with children and adults as individuals or in groups helping them develop skills for cooking simple to extraordinary meals. I love being able to encourage and develop people's skills and have them enjoy something they can create themselves with ease.
