About
The service I offer teaches poise, stance, foundation, foot, hand, and eye coordination, punching and blocking techniques, slipping, pivoting, heavy bag work, mits for more advanced training. Most of all confidence and protection in a hostile situation and how to avoid conflict.
I have trained under a coach previously and I was in the best shape of my life both mentally and physically. You learn so much wth the right trainer who has time for one on one training for each student

To assess their needs individually, what they hope to attain from our time together, then working through the basics which are footwork, punching, blocking, bag work, mits, exercise, warm ups, etc.

I trained everyday for over a year under Donnie Carter, Butchy Boone, and Wes Montgomery, and was in the super middleweight 168lbs class.
