About
Comfort is my number one priority and I do my very best to provide everything you will need for a powerful, deeply relaxing yoga and meditation practice. I pride myself in being able to create a relaxing environment no matter where my clients and I are. I bring with me everything you will need for your practice - a yoga mat, 1-3 bolsters, a meditation cushion, 2-4 blocks, an eye pillow, blankets, relaxing music and a speaker, essential oils, and unscented candles.
I specialize in teaching restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, hands-on reiki, and guided meditations. I am also able and willing to teach vinyasa yoga classes, and a mix of both vinyasa and restorative/yin poses. We can work together to build a class that is tailored to your specific needs and desires.
Creating a safe environment for any emotions that need to be felt and released is another one of my specialties. I want my students to know that it is always okay to cry during their practice; it is okay to feel any and all emotions. Tissues will always be on hand!
It is also important to know that our classes together are 100% confidential. What happens on the mat, stays on the mat.
I look forward to working with you and creating classes that are perfect just for you!
I have found profound joy from being able to help people relax and get back into their bodies. As someone who has spent the majority of my life being trapped inside my mind and not being able to tap into my body, yoga, meditation, and reiki has transformed my life. It is a gift to be able to share the peace and self-love that comes from a regular yoga and meditation practice.
I also enjoy setting up a peaceful space for your practice. I love bringing along all the necessary props, music, and special touches like essential oils and candles in order to create a relaxing environment.
Offering yoga, meditation, and reiki to people is the most rewarding work I could ever imagine doing!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love tailoring classes to fit students' needs exactly and communication is key in order to build the perfect class. I like to spend some time talking before meeting and chatting before each session to figure out what I can do to make your practice the most beneficial. I always ask my students what they would like to work on (be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual) and I ask if there are any injuries or pain in areas of the body. I also always make sure hands on assists are okay, as well as hands on reiki. Neither of which are mandatory for an amazing practice! They are just added touches.
