About
I sought out meditation in 2012 while living and working in NYC and earned my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2014. I love teaching to the individual, I particularly gravitate towards meditation, breathing activities and gentle stretching. I have worked with women going through IVF treatments, stressed university students and international students as I was a 15 year university professor in NYC and Paris.
I have additional certification in Pranayama, breathwork and Reiki Level I for energy healing.
I have gotten my father (age 73 and with Parkinson's) into meditation to where he can do it on his own. I love empowering people, helping them rest their nervous systems and listen to their needs and challenges. I am creative and can adjust process, paths into meditation which is essential as each body is different and responds to meditation differently.
