About
I have been singing, playing and teaching piano, trumpet, organ, voice, and trumpet for over 40 years. With three degrees in music––bachelor's, master's, and doctorate––I can help music students of all ages and ability levels. I have performed at classical, jazz, and commercial venues including Disney World, Opryland, Holland American Line ships, Johnny Mathis, and Fenway Park for the Red Sox. My professional experience means that you get instruction with technique that you can use. My institutional teaching experience includes public school (grades 1-12) and universities including Harvard, where I received three teaching awards.
