 Scheduling and Missed Lessons

• Lessons are scheduled based on the availability of both student and instructor.
• Lessons cancelled by instructor will be made up; if a make-up is not possible due to scheduling issues, payment will be credited to a future session.
• If a student misses a lesson without prior notification to MTEC, full payment is expected. In the case of sudden illness or emergency, exceptions may be made. In all other cases, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given.
• One student absence per session will be made up; if a make-up is not possible due to scheduling issues, payment will be credited to a future session.
• Additional student absences during a session will not be made up, nor will payments be credited to student’s account.
• Students are expected to arrive on time; lessons starting late will end at the regularly scheduled time.

 Refunds

• Individuals who wish to withdraw from lessons will receive a 100% refund IF request is received prior to session start date.
• NO refunds will be provided mid-session.

Payments

• Payment for the entire session is due within one week of the start of a session; an invoice will be e-mailed.
• Payments received late (more than one week after the start of a session) will incur a $10 late fee.
• Payments via cash or check (made payable to “MTEC”) may be mailed, or brought to a lesson in a sealed envelope and placed in MTEC’s mailbox.
• Payment via credit card/PayPal may be made by clicking on the PayPal button on our home page.

Session Dates

• Lessons take place in six sessions throughout the calendar year.
