What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet with new clients and do a full health assesment, find out past injuries, surgeries, medications and what limits each person may have. I will do a weigh in and body fat anlysis to tract each persons progress. I then create a meal plan and workout that will give each clients the tool to achieve a goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal trainer 12 years with ISSA. Certified Performance Nutritions 10 years. CPR certified and I carry my own liablity insurance.
