I always start by sharing and discussing your goals. After identifying any injury/ailment in your body, we'll set up a progressive plan to deepen your yoga practice and carry you closer towards wellbeing!

Yoga has transformed my life. I live in the practice and grow from the teachings every day. I feel a deep calling to share the life-changing benefits with every persons path i cross in hopes to share the peace and happiness i have found. 

Yoga is not a bandage. It will not cover up your problems. Instead it will give you the skills and tools to open your mindset and allow new possibilities and solutions flow.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I start with the clients goals. What is your "why"?

After we identify your purpose, we discuss past health and injuries so i can safely offer asana and design sequences that fit YOUR body.

I also offer guided meditation, pranayama and sound healing. These practices in addition to yoga can really amplify your results of being closer toward pure wellbeing. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a daily practitioner. My personal favorite styles to practice are Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin. I earned my 200 hour certification while in Maui, Hawaii.
