You will have one hour session of boxing including mitts, punching bag, jump rope, slip rope, etc. Shae White has competed in countless of Amateur Boxing fights, Won the Ohio State fair tournament two years in a row. Also won the best boxer in columbus award.

I know boxing so well, so to pass along the knowledge and give my clients the best workout in columbus is my goal. You are learning self defense while burning close to 700 calories. I just want to help clients be the best versions of them selves.
