About
I found that practicing yoga was a great way to support myself during a time of transition and lots of change. The practices continue to bring me home to myself and keep me showing up each day and grateful to be alive. I now enjoy offering these tools to others as a Yoga Instructor. The Ashtanga-Hatha Pranayama, Meditation, and Asana teachings I share are simple, powerful practices that connect people to joy, rejuvenation, and peace. I was trained at the Mount Madonna Institute near Santa Cruz, CA. I've been teaching Yoga for three years, and have experience teaching all ages and backgrounds. I value diversity and most enjoy teaching one-on-one. My goal is to help others develop the ability and confidence to practice independently, in the comfort of their own home or wherever they happen to be. Home can be wherever you are. In addition to being a yoga teacher, I'm also a self-taught nutrition and healthy lifestyle resource. I have years of experience as a Registered Nurse working with individuals recovering from addictions. I am full of insights to help people identify and meet personal goals for managing stress and living a balanced, meaningful, healthy life. "Feel good, do good."
I love sharing Yoga and witnessing the effect it has on people and myself.
