About
I am Dr. Jeannine Jordan and am passionate about the organ. I have spent my life teaching the skills to play this incredible instrument, serving as a church musician, and performing as a concert organist throughout the world.
Sharing the joys of playing the organ is one of the highlights of my teaching life. Whether you are realizing a dream by taking organ lessons or enhancing your worship leadership skills, your lessons will be tailored to your desires and needs.
I provide creative, inspired teaching in a positive and affirming environment. By listening to my students, together we design achievable goals. Technique, theory, hymn playing, research, and repertoire could be included in each lesson plan.
Working with dedicated eager students to help them achieve their goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students of the Jordan Organ Studio have achieved their goals of effectively serving their congregations on a weekly basis as organist and worship leader or by focusing on and performing the highest level of classical organ repertoire. Others simply find joy in studying and learning to play the great hymnody of the church or discovering their love of Renaissance and Baroque repertoire.
When you join the Jordan Organ Studio, you become part of a community that provides opportunities for networking, fellowship, and mutual support through music-sharing opportunities and recitals. I provide each student with a personal web page featuring their performance recordings, notes, photos, and biographical sketches; monthly newsletters with articles pertinent to organ study from the hobbyist to the church musician; and opportunities to share with your colleagues, questions and answers.
It is my passion to engage wider audiences with the world of the organ through creative, inspired teaching. I know I have been effective when my students successfully embrace new – seemingly “impossible” challenges – and welcome and relish the opportunity to improve.
