I have dedicated my life to healing arts because I am have needed to learn them in order to heal my own ailments. Thankfully, I have studied with many fantastic teachers and I can't help but share my passion for these arts! Frequently asked questions

First we will assess what your intent is. We will create a plan of action to achieve what you want. I can help you to gain a calm mind, ease of movement, or physical strength and well being. I am here for your personal development in any way I can help.

I am a 600hr Yoga Teacher Trainer, Certified Qigong Instructor, Certified Corporate Meditation Instructor, Yoga Nidra Facilitator and a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 1000 hours training. I have taught Tai Chi and Yoga at Mayo Clinic as well as the Southwestern Institute of Healing Arts.

For in person sessions at my residence I charge $60 per meeting. Online $45 and If I travel to your residence $85.

I had a serious back injury at the age of 14. My father started teaching me Yoga and Wing Chun. From that point on, I had a passion for healing and martial arts that I couldn't help but share!

I have worked with toddlers, teenagers, young adults, retirees all the way up to the age of 102 and also people recovering from diseases like cancer, auto immune diseases and car accident victims.

A student should always think about what it is that they desire to achieve first and foremost. Secondly, they must be clear about what they are willing to do to gain that level of achievement. Once you know what you want and if your willing to do the work, you will learn be required to learn the nuances of the art you choose. For instance, Tai Chi is great for everyone at all ages for low impact, relaxing movement to help heal your body if that is what you are looking for. If you are looking for a high performance art that will help you achieve maximum levels of strength, flexibility and awareness, Bagua would be my recommendation. If your a beginner to healing arts, I would recommend starting with Yoga or Qigong to help give you a foundation for any type of movement you want to achieve in the future.
